COVID-19 Information

• We will be using appropriate PPE ourselves (masks, gloves, face shields and sneeze-guards on various equipment).
• Our schedule will be modified such that there is no overlap, with ample time to disinfect the office prior to receiving our next patient.
• The office door will remain open however all exams, frame selection, adjustments will be by appointment only.
• The waiting area will be arranged for appropriate distancing. Any family or friend accompanying you would need to wait in their vehicle (unless the patient is a minor or mobility is difficult).
• Patients and staff will be required to wear a face mask. Please wear a mask when you present for your appointment. If you do not have a face mask, we will provide you with one.
• Patients experiencing the following symptoms will need to reschedule: fever, chills, sore throat, cough, sneezing, uncontrolled allergies or breathing difficulty, etc.
• All patients will have their temperature checked during check-in.
• The office and equipment will be disinfected between each patient encounter.
• Please know that our planning is fluid and we are doing our best to maximize the number of patients we can service, but safety is the upmost priority.
• All contact lens orders will be shipped directly to your house from the manufacturer. Mailing charges will apply.
