Dr. Michael J. Paxhia is a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in medical diseases of the retina. He was previously on the faculty at Duke University Eye Center. He also served as a part-time clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. His focus areas include diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and other retinal vascular diseases.
